Geoffrey Colosi

Geoff is an attorney, of counsel, at the Kuhn Law Firm, P.L.L.C., and he has litigated cases throughout Minnesota's Federal and State courts. A veteran civil litigator, Geoff recently obtained a favorable result for a client who allegedly was in breach of his non-compete agreement after he had sold his business. At the restraining order hearing, Geoff successfully argued that the buyer had failed to enforce the terms of the order for a long period of time and therefore waived his rights. Later, Geoff won at summary judgment on the same issue as well as several others related to the dispute.

In his spare time, Geoffrey enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Jack.
