William Fulton

William S. Fulton, Jr. is an Attorney with Kuhn Law Firm, PLLC. William has a strong background in litigation, and has litigated cases throughout the country, including Minnesota State and Federal Courts, and various arbitration forums. William is licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota and its Federal Courts.

William has an extensive background in franchise law, and gains great satisfaction in providing counsel to both franchisees and franchisors.

William’s training occurred at the prestigious and nationally renowned law firm ranked by Chambers and Partners as the No. 1 law firm in the U.S. with a specialty in complex litigation.

William attended William Mitchell College of Law, and graduated cum laude. During law school, William was a staff member on the William Mitchell Law Review, and received a CALI Award for Banking Law.

William has been an avid rock climber for over fifteen years, and has traveled and climbed across the country. He is also a college football fan, and will always be watching his alma mater, The Ohio State University, when they play on Saturday. William lives in Saint Paul with his wife, Lisa, and their daughter.
